Yesterday I posted the original and revised hand-translated version of the article “Von Dem Namen Lutheraner” by CFW Walther in 1844. Today, in the interest primarily of exploring the workflow and capabilities of the current AI models to greatly improve productivity, at least for myself, in this area, I am publishing a new page with the results of an AI experiment.
I have worked with two different models, Claude and Grok, to create a new original translation of the same article. I have included a description of my workflow and also provided the translation results of the experiment: AI Translation Demo – “About the Name Lutheran”.
Overall, I would say the results are impressive particularly in the fantastic reduction in time required to produce this level of product: just a matter of a few hours.
